4 weeks $30 Class - An instructional class, meeting two to three times a week. Class format: Learning Yoga Basics, Yoga Philosophy & History, Yoga Etiquette, Benefits of Yoga, Breathing Techniques, Postures, Vinyasas & Relaxation. A class is highly recommended for beginners or anyone who desires to expand their knowledge of yoga. A Yoga Handbook is available for class. Bring your own mat to class & wear comfortable clothing.
