This style of yoga is most preferred by people who like a gentler, slower pace.


Downward Dog Pose

Especially good for beginners or anyone who would like to fine tune their practice. Slower pace, focus is on breath, body awareness, flexibility & balance. Each pose will be discussed & practiced with hands-on adjustment. Options are offered to accommodate individual needs and fitness levels.

Class Format: Each class will build upon the previous class. Learning Yoga Basics: Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Etiquette, Benefits of Yoga, Breathing Techniques, Postures, Vinyasas, Mediation & Relaxation.
