This style of yoga is most preferred by people who like a gentler, slower pace. ![]() Camel Pose Jillian Burghardt, CYI Especially good for beginners or anyone who would like to fine tune their practice. Slower pace, focus is on breath, body awareness, flexibility & balance. Each pose will be discussed & practiced with hands-on adjustment. Options are offered to accommodate individual needs and fitness levels. Class Format: Each class will build upon the previous class. 3 weeks to nearly crawling (60 Min.) Classes contain dozens of unique yoga postures designed to support baby's development. Each class is filled with calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding & improve baby's sleep. Class meets once a week for 6 weeks. No yoga experience necessary. TOT Itsy Bitsy Yoga® $95 Crawling to 24 months (60 Min.) Supportive, fun-loving and active yoga class. As tot's mobility increases, classes offer tot-centric poses that encourage and support their physical explorations. Tots become more confident in their moving bodies as they practice yoga both in and out of class. Class meets once a week for 6 weeks. No yoga experience necessary.
